Tropical Fruit Salad

This can be a side dish or a dip!


I made this with the intention of eating it as a dip with pita chips, but my kids loved it as a side dish at lunch and dinner time for multiple days. I used some on top of my salad one afternoon and on top of some fish at dinner. It's really versatile and super tasty. I hope you enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple (small chunks)

  • 2 mangos (peeled and chopped)

  • 3 kiwi (peeled and chopped)

  • Salt and lime juice to taste


Directions

Step 1

Chop all of the fruit and place in a large bowl.


Step 2

Sprinkle the fruit with salt and lime juice. Mix until well combined.


Step 3

Chill for at least an hour before serving.


Serves 15
