Mint & Fruit Salad

Writer: Lana WilsonLana Wilson

A refreshing summer treat!

This takes absolutely no time to put together. I had leftover watermelon, which is why I decided to make a fruit salad. The mint and lime adds just enough flavor to it too. Be careful with the raspberries when you toss all of the fruit together. It doesn't take much to mix it all together. Enjoy as a side dish or as a sweet treat with (or without) the kids.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon (cubed, small)

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 5 strawberries (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup pitted sour cherries

  • 5-10 fresh mint leaves (hand torn)

  • 4-5 tbsp lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Mix until well combined. Serve chilled.
