This is a 3 month program designed to prepare you for an upcoming 5k that includes an obstacle course. I designed this for a specific group of mine, but it can be repeated as someone seeking guidance on prepping for a race of their own! You will need some dumbbells and a kettlebell; however, if you have access to circuit machines, etc. there are options for that as well. This is a progressive program. Each week builds off of the previous week. You can go in any order you would like within the week that you are in at the time. This is so you can make the workouts fit into your schedule as you see fit.
