A four-week workout plan and meal guide designed to help you shift your health and fitness. Choose from 1500, 1700, or 1900 calorie meal plans to fit your needs. Enjoy a variety of daily activities including cardio, strength training, Pilates, and more. Plus, get the chance to win a one-on-one nutrition coaching session during the program! The SHIFT Grows workout program is designed to be progressive over three months. This is month two. It emphasizes gradual intensity increases, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance, using dumbbells and kettlebells. Resistance bands are optional. The plan is adaptable for participants joining any month and encourages visible progress. Let's SHIFT and embrace change, progress, and transformation! Total Duration: 3 months Flexibility: Join any month for $50 per month; each builds on the previous. February: "The Shift Grows" Strength & Endurance Focus: Building endurance and increasing strength Additional Intensity: Slightly heavier weights, some supersets Weekly Structure -Workout Days: 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Fri) -Cardio: 1 day/week (Tues) -Pilates/Mobility: 1 day/week (Thurs) -Rest Days: 1-2 days/week Workouts repeat each week with slight progressions.
