A four-week workout plan and a simple meal guide designed to help you shift your health and fitness. Enjoy a variety of daily activities including cardio, strength training, Pilates, and more. Plus, get the chance to win a one-on-one nutrition coaching session during the program! The SHIFT UNLEASHED workout program is designed to be the end of a three month long program. This is it! It emphasizes gradual intensity increases, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance, using dumbbells and kettlebells. Resistance bands are optional. The plan is adaptable for participants joining any month and encourages visible progress. Let's SHIFT and embrace change, progress, and transformation! Total Duration: 3 months Flexibility: Join any month for $50 per month; each builds on the previous. March: "The SHIFT UNLEASHED" - Power & Performance Focus: Maximize strength, power, and endurance Weekly Structure 3-4 sessions per week Weekly Structure -Workout Days: 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Fri) -Cardio: 1 day/week (Tues) -Pilates/Mobility: 1 day/week (Thurs) -Walk Day (Sat) -Rest Days: 1-2 days/week Workouts repeat each week with slight progressions.
