Workout Plans
I offer personal workout plans (via the NASM Edge app) designed around your equipment and fitness goals. Workout plans are paired with weekly check-ins with me for four weeks. Email me to inquire about workout plans.
Nutrition Coaching

Every year, I set aside a few dates for some of my Whole Health community to get together and simply enjoy each other's company. As moms, it can be difficult to make time for ourselves.
